WE PROVIDE A FREE 6-MONTH TENANT WARRANTY™ ON ALL PLACED TENANTS. IF YOUR TENANT DEFAULTS FOR ANY REASON, WE’LL PROVIDE ADDITIONAL TENANT PLACEMENT SERVICES FOR FREE.

  • Leases and renewals We prepare and handle all leases  and renewals for you.
  • Tenant Responsibility In our leases landlord and tenant responsibilities are clearly stated, giving us the ability to govern the tenants accordingly.
  • Rent Collection/Reporting We handle rent collection for you and disperse funds and reports electronically to you monthly.
  • Evictions In the event we need to handle an eviction on your behalf, our attorneys file the eviction and handle everything from there.
  • Security Deposits Security deposits are held in a non-interest bearing account on your behalf and upon the tenant vacating we can disperse as necessary. Typically, the tenant pays for any repairs that have been caused by them, other than normal wear and tear.
  • Maintenance Because we have worked with our trusted Vendors for so many years, the discounts we receive are offered to our Clients. You would be granted the same discounts as we receive.
  • Inspections We perform quarterly inspections to ensure that the tenants are keeping up with the property per their lease.

We list your properties on several websites including our own. We start advertising typically 60 days out to avoid a lapse in rental funds., or as soon as we are notified the property has become vacant.

We typically release funds on the 7-15th of the month however we are open to disbursing twice a month if you so desire. This will depend on the number of properties you have asked us to manage. We would be happy to accommodate the dates you desire.

Unlike other Property Management companies in Central Florida we choose to be forthright and upfront with our fees. We have worked with our trusted Vendors for so many years, the discounts we receive are offered to our Clients. You would be granted the same discounts we receive just for being one of our clients.

We have a team of technicians, that will allow you to rest easy. They are available 24 hours a day to ensure the safety of your property.

Yes, they are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

What if my tenants need an eviction, do I have to be present if there is a court hearing?2018-07-25T13:23:06-04:00

This is one of the many services we provide to you. We will always represent you in court with an attorney of our choosing or one in which you choose to use. We will provide all necessary documentation to be sure that the attorney can represent you efficiently.

How has Covid-19 affected getting rental payments from my tenants?2020-09-17T12:38:05-04:00

Since Covid-19 began here in Central Florida, Red Door Investment Grp., LLC hit the streets and worked with tons of government and private organizations to assist our tenants that needed immediate assistance with rent, and/or utilities. We have worked with each organization to help each family to the best of our ability get the best possible care. We stay in constant communication with each one of our tenants to ensure we are not only working for our owners but for our tenants as well. In order to have happy owners, we insist on having happy tenants. We make Property Management in Central Florida easy for our investors.
