- Leases and renewals We prepare and handle all leases and renewals for you.

- Rent Collection/Reporting We handle rent collection for you and disperse funds and reports electronically to you monthly.
- Evictions In the event we need to handle an eviction on your behalf, our attorneys file the eviction and handle everything from there.
- Security Deposits Security deposits are held in a non-interest bearing account on your behalf and upon the tenant vacating we can disperse as necessary. Typically, the tenant pays for any repairs that have been caused by them, other than normal wear and tear.
